Ahead of the departure to the BK PON event, the team consisting of 12 athletes plus 4 coaches and officials was almost desperate to get a match uniform, due to lack of funding. "Initially they were going to perform in uniforms from each region. Alhamdulillah, a week before departure, we were able to get support from PT Didimex Berjangka Pekan Baru. This was very helpful in raising the confidence of athletes," said coach Wandi Malin.
